- With the focus momentarily shifted to the collegiate game and scoresheets dwindling in available options, the Pick One Challenge is going to probably have some unnecessary punts for the remainder of the regular season.
- Despite playing 29 minutes in a blowout win over Sacramento, Colin's pick Grant Williams could only muster 13 PRA as he collected more fouls than every other statistical category outside of points.
- The West-leading Suns just as easily disposed of the once-East-leading Bulls, yet Al drew the short straw with Mikal Bridges. He was the lowest scoring Phoenix starter although he played the most minutes and ended the night with just 20 PRA.
- On the flip side of that one, Last Man In Nikola Vucevic had himself a 24 PRA night for the combo of Lou and Matt. That 24 PRA tied for Vucevic's lowest output during a selection in his Pick One selection career.
- Our first rookie taken on the night came from Trevor in the form of Indiana's Duane Washington Jr. He helped a bench unit that propel the Pacers to a comeback win over the Rockets with 34 rookie-boosted PRA.
- But the last freshman taken more than doubled DWJ's production and earned his third top score in three selection days. That is of course Ryan's pick Brandon Williams. His 70 rookie-boosted PRA easily marks his best showing in the Challenge on a night where he filled up the stat sheet against Brooklyn. Only Lou has the most-used undrafted rookie left at his disposal.
- And while Williams' night was stellar, we could have once again had a 100+ PRA rookie night had Matt finally pulled the trigger on Scottie Barnes. The Raptors rookie utilized OT against the Lakers to double-double in impressive fashion for 108 rookie-boosted PRA. Tre Mann had his own prolific quarter, a 20-point 2nd, against Miami to earn himself 66 rookie-boosted PRA off the OKC bench. In that same contest to the surprise of nobody, Tyler Herro had 37 bench PRA in victory.
