- Of the three ongoing NFL Pick Ones, the RB By Committee Challenge continues to provide the most frustration.
- QB Club leader Scott sat through a second straight sub-30 yard game, this time from a player on his favorite team. Jeff Wilson Jr. ran for just 25 yards and lost a fumble as the 49ers fell to the Falcons.
- Trevor and Rachel each went with Los Angeles' Austin Ekeler on Monday Night Football against the Broncos. He at least got into the end zone in the win, but had more receiving yards (47) than he did rushing (36).
- We had our first instance of the Last Man In for 2022 with both Buddy and Ryan being assigned Denver's Latavius Murray. After Cam Akers and Rashaad Penny DNP'ed for the duo respectively, the recently signed former Saint had 66 yards for them in his Broncos debut on Monday Night Football.
- But our top scorer for the week was Jeff with New York's Saquon Barkley. The Giants' surprising start continued as they went to 5-1 with a healthy Barkley leading the way. He had 83 yards on the ground and a touchdown against the Ravens.
- Optimally, it was a rookie across town that would have earned you maximum production. The Jets' Breece Hall ran for 116 and a score in their shock win over the Packers. With the rookie bonus that would have gotten you 146 for the week. The AFC East is the only division thus far that has zero picks in the RB Pick One.
