- The first week of byes in the NFL was easily the roughest week when it came to the QB Club Pick One Challenge.
- Thursday Night Football's latest cautionary tale came from Jeff. Carson Wentz became the first selection this season to not reach triple digits and didn't even have an injury to blame. The Commanders QB finished with just 99 yards in a 12-7 win over the Bears.
- Trevor now has two consecutive weeks in the bottom two of the scoresheet after a mediocre outing from his namesake Trevor Lawrence. Jacksonville had 27 points in a loss to the Colts, but Lawrence had just 165 passing yards and one touchdown.
- Minnesota moved to 5-1 with a win over the Dolphins, but Buddy didn't get a subsequent boost up the leaderboard as he got only 175 yards through the air from Vikings QB Kirk Cousins.
- Three quarterbacks were selected by multiple participants in Week 6. The first was Seattle's Geno Smith who garnered his fifth and sixth selections of 2022 from Lenny and Ryan. Their reward was a shade under 200 passing yards, 197 to be exact, and zero touchdowns and interceptions for tiebreaker purposes.
- Our second double selection was Arizona's Kyler Murray. Murray lost to Smith's Seahawks on the day, but earned Scott and Al, our current gold and silver medalists overall, 25 yards more (222) than his victorious counterpart.
- Justin Herbert was our final multi-pick with three selections on Monday Night Football. Both Sieczkiewicz's employed the Chargers quarterback while Colin third-wheeled his way to a weekly second place spot with 238 yards in an overtime win.
- But in the most unlikely fashion, Rachel found herself at the top of the weekly mountain with Miami's Teddy Bridgewater. Being the dumb husband I can be, I didn't even put two and two together that her selection was not starting but instead rookie Skylar Thompson was doing so. One thumb injury later and Bridgewater was in against the team that drafted him. He ended up as the only selection to break 300 yards (329 in total) and marked the first time (of probably many let's be fair) that two different QB's from the same team have been taken for 2022.
- Optimally, Matt Ryan more than doubled his opposition's air offense with 389 yards and three touchdowns as the Colts exacted revenge on Jacksonville for their Week 2 spanking.
