- It was the final week of the regular season in the NFL and it provided plenty of drama, jubilation, and disappointment. The same can be said for this week in the Pick One for the most part.
- Having already taken both Derek Carr and Justin Herbert, Kait was forced into an ignominious assignment of Las Vegas' Marcus Mariota. The glass half-full stance is that at least he didn't completely blank, but still the 4 yard output feels dirty as the low score of the season-to-date.
- The Raiders' starter Derek Carr came off the board for one man, Colin. His 186 yards were enough to get Vegas into the postseason but not enough to keep him from moving up the leaderboard entering Wild Card weekend.
- While Mariota and Carr will be playing football next weekend, Matt S.'s selection Drew Lock will more than likely be playing golf. He finished his campaign in relief of the concussed Teddy Bridgewater ended by gifting a win to the Chiefs and just 162 yards passing.
- The Falcons weren't able to play spoiler for the Saints (the Rams did that just fine though) but Matt Ryan and his 216 passing yards was able to keep Ryan in first place entering the postseason.
- Scott was also able to maintain his position in the table with 240 from Kyler Murray despite the Cardinals limping into the NFL's second season with a loss to the Seahawks.
- This is where the recap ends because the final five participants selected the week's high and optimal scorer as well as the first QB completely picked out for the Challenge, Los Angeles' Justin Herbert. Al, Brittany, Greg, Matt F., and Trevor all netted 383 yards from the second-year man but let's just leave how his season ended in the past where it can't hurt anybody any more.
