- There were three pairs of participants who went with the same quarterback this week producing some further congestion in the middle of the leaderboard.
- The first duo was Scott and Greg who saw Carson Wentz hand the ball off double the amount of times he threw it for 158 passing yards in the Colts' shutout of the Texans.
- Our second pair of parallel pickers was Ryan and Trevor with Gardner Minshew. Mustache Mania rode again, this time for the Eagles, with 242 yards through the air and a pair of touchdowns in an easy win against the Jets.
- The final Pick One mindmeld came between our current leader Al and Brittany. Derek Carr didn't throw a single touchdown against Washington but in his defense his team didn't get into the endzone any other way either. He did throw for 249 yards though which kept Al in front and pushed Brittany over 3000 total yards.
- We begin our foray into the single selectors with easily the most unfortunate one of Week 13, Colin's pick of Patrick Mahomes. The former MVP saw his team to victory against Denver but the Broncos' third-ranked defense only allowed 184 passing yards from a man who had only fell below 200 once prior this season.
- Before last-minute changes were made, we nearly had Tua Tagovailoa as part of the two-fer troop. Instead it was just Kait who got the Dolphins QB for 244 yards in a win over the Giants.
- The top two scorers of the week were the Los Angeles quarterbacks and both participants are named Matt. Matt F. picked the Rams' Matthew Stafford against the Jaguars while Matt S. had Justin Herbert against the Bengals. Both quarterbacks won their respective contests, but Matt S. won in the Pick One as Herbert outgained Stafford by a 317-295 margin.
- Optimally, ageless Tom Brady regained the NFL passing yardage lead with 368 through the air and 4 touchdowns against the Falcons. The win means they could potentially seal the division this coming weekend against the Bills.
