- When you see 23 points on the scoreboard and a touchdown next to a name of a #1 receiver, one would expect a decent haul of receiving yards. But Davante Adams said nay to Buddy with just 12 yards on 2 receptions in Las Vegas' loss to the Cardinals.
- There was nowhere to go but up for Lenny after Kadarius Toney's ignominious start to the 2022 Receiving Corps Challenge. Thinking outside of the box with the first non-WR selection in the game, it was a running back that came off the board and not a tight end. Antonio Gibson and his 13 receiving yards though did not come in last so that up arrow is at least there in that regard.
- The middle chunk of the daily leaderboard was a pair of dual selections, one from each conference.
- Washington's Terry McLaurin was backed by Rachel and Scott in the game against the Lions. The second Commander selected didn't get in the end zone but did pull down half of his targets for 75 yards in the loss.
- Both Jeff and Ryan put their faith in Jacksonville's Christian Kirk against the Colts. Ryan's second Jaguar of the weekend was a standout in the shutout win, scoring twice and recording 78 yards receiving.
- But our top scorer netted more receiving yards than the other four players selected combined. Tyreek Hill benefited immensely from the back-and-forth nature of Dolphins and Ravens to the tune of 190 yards and 2 touchdowns. That was also the optimal yardage of the week with teammate Jaylen Waddle coming in second place optimally with 171 yards.
