- With just three weeks remaining, the run on rookies began with a record five first-year selections made for Week 15.
- Four of those selections came from one matchup as Jacksonville took on Houston in a battle of two-win teams. Ryan's pick Trevor Lawrence narrowly beat the trio of Al, Scott, and Trevor's pick Davis Mills by one rookie-boosted yard but ultimately the Jags fell easily to the Texans.
- There were many candidates for the ugliest game of the week but the stat line that drew the most groans here on the Pick One was Kirk Cousins' who despite throwing a pair of touchdowns only racked up 87 yards through the air for Colin and Kait.
- Joe Burrow's Bengals also won a real hackit affair against the Broncos. It put Cincinnati into the driver's seat of the AFC North, but only put 157 passing yards in Matt S.'s Pick One coffers.
- Cincinnati holds a tie-breaker in their division over Baltimore who lost to Green Bay on a failed two-point conversion attempt from Matt F.'s pick Tyler Huntley. He did finish with 215 yards passing though which is all that matters here.
- And those yards moved him closer in the standings to Trevor rather than Brittany as she went with the man who beat Huntley's Ravens in Aaron Rodgers who threw for 268 yards to get back within striking distance of the top half of the table.
- Circling back to the rookie discussion though brings us our top scorer, as well as optimal scorer, of the week, Chicago rookie Justin Fields. Greg needs a lot of luck to pull himself out of the basement as we barrel towards the postseason and getting a performance from Fields to the tune of a rookie-boosted 335 yards is a fantastic start.
