I was originally going to just make this a one sentence column with the simple sentence, "Eat shit Billy Butler." Instead I am trying to move on from this unfortunate set of circumstances and try to double down again today. At least my streak of consecutive 30+ PRA performances continued on Drive To The Finals. Sorry Clips Nation, I think I just jinxed the holy hell out of DeAndre Jordan.
Matt Carpenter and Devon Travis are having exceptional Aprils. Carpenter is no surprise but Travis is quite the pleasant one. The two pitchers they are facing today, David Buchanan and T.J. House (not M.D.), are having putrid Aprils. Neither of those are two big of a head turner. I think both these hitters have potential to be All-Star starters. I think both these pitchers have potential to be playing for the Long Island Ducks by the All-Star break.
Damian Lillard and the Blazers said their adieu to the Playoffs in a loss to the Grizzlies last night. C.J. McCollum was the high man at 36 PRA for Rip City but Damian Lillard was a close second at 31. I think both the Clippers and BUcks are getting closed out tonight by San Antonio and Chicago respectively. With Chris Paul and Blake Griffin already used and nobody usable in Milwaukee, I have DeAndre Jordan going tonight. He's going to get his boards but will he score enough to keep my 30+ PRA streak alive? We'll see. HAPPY STREAKING EVERYBODY!!
