Strategy shmategy. That's it. Just going to pick the games I like, when I can, and double down every day. I am overthinking things and being conservative and it is biting me in the ass. Now let's get to today's picks while I'm still cleaning off the feces that King Felix threw at my face last night.
Adrian Gonzalez doesn't dominate Ian Kennedy. When he does make contact though, it goes far. 7 of his 12 hits against the Padres righty have gone for extra bases including three homers. With Kennedy struggling to keep the ball in the park in 2015, I think El Titan puts one out tonight. As for my other pick, Miguel Cabrera, well he does dominate Carlos Carrasco. He's hitting a cool .500 against the Indians starter over the past two seasons with a home run that still hasn't come down yet. Another double down on Beat the Streak, another double victory.
After passing on several juicy Euro qualifiers yesterday just to eat a Seattle shit sandwich, I'll be betting on two of Europe's elite today on Streak for the Cash. Portugal sometimes plays down to their competition in international matches. They could do just that against Armenia today and still cover a two goal spread. Unless Ronaldo dies. As for my other Euro qualifier pick, I am hoping for a massacre from the defending World Cup champions. A loss to the US is still stinging and that should be taken out on poor little Gibraltar. Die Mannschaft took their foot off the gas in their first qualifier, but I expect a display of sheer brutality this afternoon. Hopefully the Angels don't screw it all up tonight. I am losing trust quickly with the American League West. HAPPY STREAKING EVERYBODY!!!!
