Cellllllllllllllllllllllllebrate good times come on! J-Squared (Jose Altuve & Jacoby Ellsbury) each went 1-for-4 to take my streak to 12. I still have the mulligan to fall back on for at least one more day but I don't want to harp on the negative. I want to focus on the positive. Adrian Beltre is 4-for-7 lifetime against Astros' starter Brett Oberholtzer with a double and a RBI. It has been well documented that the Rangers, my 4th best team entering 2014, have been beyond riddled with injuries. For the most part, Beltre has stayed moderately healthy and maintained a .325 batting average even with every asshole trying to touch his head. Victor Martinez's average is two points higher and he takes on Chicago's Scott Carroll. How Carroll is still in the White Sox rotation is quite the black mark on them. He currently has a 5.05 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, and a .296 BAA. I expect V-Mart to easily get on base versus the right hander. Streak on comrades, hope you are riding a hot streak too!!
It is a shame that August is lost for me. My lock pick yesterday came through better than I could have imagined. Not only did one team win by 3+ goals in a UEFA Europa League triple shot, ALL THREE (Tottenham v. Limassol, Inter Milan v. Stjarnan and Villarreal v. Astana) were able to pull out at least a three goal victory. I picked Sara Errani to win at least one game against Venus Williams. Whoop dee doo. September can't come soon enough. I want to see more of you in the Bleeding Your Colors SFTC Cash Group next month too. Search "We Going Streaking" in the groups section and the password is dundies. Don't let me and Al rot by ourselves. You know who can rot though? FTAJR31.
This cocky asshole took a PRESEASON FUCKING NFL GAME with the stash in hand. What a prick. Salt in the wounds of all his chasers and proof that even dumb luck is still luck. I've fallen into a plethora of dumb lately without the luck in this game. Hopefully my birthday month will be the one I finally break through. I'd personally lean towards it not happening. My highest ever September streak is 7 from 2012 that ended on the last day of the month at the hands of the New York Giants. Best of luck (even if it is dumb) to everyone chasing FTAJR31. May the odds be ever in your favor!
