Since the voting once again did not garner much in the way of input, I have made the official decree that the only voting done on Player and Goal of the Week for Bleeding Your Colors will be the contributors to the site. I know that it seems a bit harsh to snatch the power of such a crucial life decision away from the people, but I think it will be better for the site going forward if for at least this season. Maybe this time next year the polls will have to close down from the overstuffing of the ballots (I hope!). Until that day comes, stay locked here for our choices of the Player and Goal of each week in the Barclays Premier League. If you are receptive of our opinions, I may even bring the polls back for Player and Goal of the Year. We've got 30 or so more weeks to work out all the details.

WEEK 8 WINNERS
The Argentine continued his torment of Tottenham Hotspur with four, yes FOUR, goals against them. Two came from the spot but the other two were just brilliance from City's top striker.
RUNNER-UP: Dusan Tadic, M (Southampton)- 1 Goal, 4 Assists
It was a team goal with deft touches between Fabregas, Eden Hazard, and Oscar that allowed the Spaniard to slip through the Palace defense and slot home near post by Julian Speroni.
